Richard Seager

Richard is a highly experienced technology consultant and Programme / Project Manager, specialising in large real estate construction projects. He has worked extensively across EMEA and APAC regions, specifically in the past 7 years, where he has been Technology Project Lead for all new build projects – circa 40-60 project p.a.

He is comfortable on all elements of a major construction project, whether within the client & consultant team or on contractor side.  He engages and communicates with all stakeholders to ensure smooth design, build and integration transitions.

Richard takes a proactive role in developing project management processes, including innovative project tools driving significant efficiencies & improved project reporting. He developed & deployed an application to capture & document technology standards, including a 3D model detailing construction process for tech spaces, event, conference rooms.
